Exchanges & Refunds
Returns and exchanges are available for a 14-day period only after you, the customer, have received the goods. Exchanges and returns are subject to DENHAM’s own discretion.
To begin processing your exchange or refund, an online return request must be submitted here whereby you select the respective order number and the product(s) you wish to exchange including a valid reason for your return. Once we’ve received this request from you we can then arrange for the collection of the item free of charge (at DENHAM’s discretion). Once the item has been received and has completed quality inspection, we can then provide one of the below options:
- We can provide an online coupon credit for the value of the item for you to select another item of your choice
- We can provide a refund for the value of the item (terms & conditions apply)
Please note that all items must be returned unused and in a sellable condition, with all the tags attached and in the original packaging and invoice.

DENHAM does not provide returns, exchanges or refunds on previous seasons and or promotional items.

How long does it take to process a return and receive my refund?
We aim to process your return within 3 to 4 business days after the arrival of the returned item at our warehouse. The item will undergo quality control inspection and once approved, a full refund (excluding delivery) will be provided within 5-10 working days, using the same payment method used for the order.
Can I return items purchased online in one of your physical stores?
You may exchange your non-promotional products within our stores in South Africa. A representative from the DENHAM store will contact the online Customer Care team to verify the exchange upon your arrival in-store. The item must be returned unused and in a sellable condition, with all the tags attached and in the original packaging and invoice. We will provide an in-store credit for the returned item or a direct exchange. If the item is on promotion or sale we DO NOT provide in-store credit notes or refunds or returns. Only exchanges will be facilitated through the DENHAM store locations – no refunds.
